EB Guest House is a government renovation project. The client required a spacious and a neat government VIP suite with a lounge and bedroom. It's designed within limited budget and time. The design is done with minimalist concept. It required removal of existing aluminium partitions to open up the space and relocate the doors as per the new floor plan

The flooring, furniture and the walls are kept subtle to achieve spaciousness . The interior is kept monochromatic with shades of brown with emphasis on accessories to complement the interiors.
